Delivery Information

We deliver FREE for all orders above $30. If your order is less than $30, there is a delivery charge of $8 to have it delivered to you! 

 HOW SOON DO YOU DELIVER?

Usually 2 to 3 working days. Once you have place your orders, we will give you a call to confirm the delivery date & time. We will try to send all orders as soon as possible.

For super urgent deliveries, leave a note during check-out OR call us at +65 9190 0043 - and we will try to assist as best as we can.


 WHAT ARE THE TIMING OF YOUR DELIVERY

We deliver daily and anytime from 11am to 11pm.


 WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

For all online orders, we take the following mode of payment.

  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS - VISA, MASTER, AMEX
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Payments
  • FavePay - Get 10% Cashback
  • PayNow / Ibanking

We also accept CASH ON DELIVERY. Just choose this option during check out. 


 IS MY ORDER TRACKABLE?

 DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?

No. We can leave it at your doorstep or in your riser/shoe rack. We then take a picture to send to you. If you prefer other arrangements, please leave us a note during check-out OR call us at +65 9190 0043  


 WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDERS, WILL YOU RE-DELIVER?

We will call you on your mobile before setting out on our deliveries. If there is no request to leave the items at the doorstep/ in the riser, we will not proceed with the delivery.

If you have requested to leave it at the doorstep/ in the riser, but we are unable to deliver because of entry restriction at your place (usually Private Residences), an admin fee of $8 will be imposed for re-delivery 


 CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDERS?

You may amend or cancel your orders If items are not yet en-route to your residence. Kindly call us at +65 9190 0043 for assistance.
