How Cat Rewards works

1 · Use the same email

Use your usual booking email when you shop with us. That keeps your points together. To sign in, we’ll email you a one-time code. You don’t need a password.

2 · Collect your points

Your points are added once your order or service bill is fully paid. You earn 2 points per S$1 after discounts. Shipping, retail taxes, transport and service add-ons don’t earn points.

3 · Put them towards the next bill

Use your points for money off an online order, a groom, a hotel stay or cat sitting. The steps are a little different for shopping and services — we’ve set them out below.

For your next online order

  1. Add what you need to your basket. Then go to Account → Orders. You’ll find Cat Rewards above your past orders.
  2. Enter the points you’d like to use and check how much you’ll save. When you’re ready to check out, confirm and create your code.
  3. Copy your code and paste it into the discount code box at checkout. Apply it, then check that the discount shows before you pay.
Your points are spent as soon as you create a code. You’ll have 30 minutes to use it. Points aren’t automatically returned if you leave the code unused or your order is refunded.

Each code works once, on your account only. There’s no minimum spend, but you can’t use it with another discount. Any leftover code value is lost, so only use as many points as you need for this order.

For a stay, groom or cat sitting

  1. Sign in to Cat Paradise Hotel with the email you used to book.
  2. Open an unpaid invoice that accepts points and choose how many you’d like to use.
  3. Check the discount, confirm it, then pay what’s left.

You won’t need a discount code for this. Points can pay for the eligible service amount, but not transport, add-ons or your hotel deposit. Once you apply them to an invoice, you can’t undo it.

Your hotel account may ask you to sign in again, even if you’re already signed in to the shop. Just use the same email.

A few things you might be wondering

How long do I have to use my points?
You have 12 months from the day you earn them. We use your oldest points first. Shop discount codes have a much shorter expiry: 30 minutes from when you create one.
How do you work out my points?
We take the amount that earns points, after discounts, multiply it by 2 and round down to a whole point. For example, S$8.46 earns 16 points and S$5.99 earns 11. The points shown while you shop are estimates; discounts, taxes and refunds can change the final amount. You can check what you’ve earned in your account.
Why do I need to sign in again?
Cats Garage and Cat Paradise Hotel each have their own sign-in. Both send a code to your email, so the process will feel familiar. Use the same email on both sites to keep your points together.
What if I don’t use my code, or my order is refunded?
Your points are taken from your balance when you create a code. They aren’t automatically returned if the code goes unused or the order is refunded. If something goes wrong, get in touch before creating another code.
Are there any other perks?
For now, you can earn points and use them for discounts on shopping and services. We’re planning birthday treats and milestone gifts, but they aren’t available yet. You don’t have to subscribe to marketing emails to keep earning points.
